본 이용약관(End User License Agreement, 이하 "약관")은 LIVX(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 「Focus On Me」(이하 "앱")의 이용에 관한 조건을 정합니다. 이용자는 앱을 설치·이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
「Focus On Me」는 사용자의 일상 루틴 관리, 일기 작성, 할 일 기록, 집중 세션 측정, 사진 카드 작성 등의 기능을 제공하는 개인용 생산성 앱입니다.
앱은 별도의 회원가입 없이 사용 가능하며, 모든 데이터는 사용자의 기기 내에만 저장됩니다.
회사는 이용자에게 본 약관의 범위 내에서 다음과 같은 비독점적·양도 불가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다.
이용자는 앱에 대한 리버스 엔지니어링, 역컴파일, 재배포, 복제, 2차 저작물 작성 등을 해서는 안 됩니다.
3-1. 3개월 무료 체험: 앱을 처음 설치하면 별도의 결제 수단 등록 없이 3개월간 모든 프리미엄 기능을 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다.
환불은 구매한 플랫폼(Apple App Store / Google Play)의 환불 정책에 따릅니다. 회사는 스토어를 통해 결제된 금액에 대한 직접 환불을 제공하지 않으며, 환불 요청은 아래 링크를 통해 진행해 주세요.
무료 체험 기간이 종료되고 유료 구독을 하지 않을 경우, 앱은 읽기 전용 모드로 전환됩니다. 기존에 저장한 데이터는 그대로 확인 가능하지만, 새로운 데이터의 추가·수정은 제한됩니다.
앱의 이름, 로고, 디자인, 소스코드 및 관련 자료에 대한 모든 지적재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 이용자가 앱 내에 직접 작성한 콘텐츠(일기, 사진 등)의 저작권은 이용자에게 있으며, 회사는 이에 대한 어떠한 권리도 주장하지 않습니다.
앱은 "있는 그대로(AS IS)" 제공되며, 회사는 앱의 정확성·완전성·특정 목적 적합성에 대하여 명시적·묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다.
법령에서 허용하는 최대한의 범위 내에서, 회사는 앱 이용으로 인해 발생하는 직접·간접·부수적·특별·징벌적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
회사는 필요시 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 사항은 이 페이지에 게시됨과 동시에 효력이 발생합니다. 중요한 변경이 있을 경우 앱 내 공지 또는 알림을 통해 안내합니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 서울중앙지방법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.

These Terms of Use (End User License Agreement, the "Terms") govern your use of the "Focus On Me" mobile application (the "App") provided by LIVX (the "Company"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
"Focus On Me" is a personal productivity application that provides features such as routine management, diary writing, to-do lists, focus session tracking, and photo card creation.
The App can be used without any account registration, and all data is stored only on your device.
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

3-1. 3-Month Free Trial: When you first install the App, you receive 3 months of free access to all premium features without requiring any payment method.
Refunds are governed by the refund policies of the platform through which you purchased (Apple App Store / Google Play). The Company does not provide direct refunds for payments made through these stores. Please use the following links to request a refund:
If you do not subscribe after the free trial ends, the App switches to read-only mode. You can still view your existing data, but creating or modifying new data will be restricted.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its name, logo, design, source code, and related materials, belong to the Company. Content you create within the App (diary entries, photos, etc.) remains yours, and the Company claims no rights to it.
The App is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
The Company may modify these Terms when necessary. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Material changes will be announced through in-app notices or notifications.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
