LIVX(이하 "회사")는 「Focus On Me」(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령에 따라 아래와 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
본 앱은 회원가입 없이 사용할 수 있으며, 앱에서 입력하는 대부분의 데이터(루틴, 일기, 사진, 할 일, 통계 등)는 사용자의 기기 내에만 저장됩니다.
다만 다음의 경우에 한해 일부 데이터가 서버로 전송됩니다:

이 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제되며, 회사는 이 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.
본 앱은 사용자 데이터를 제3자에게 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 제공에 필요한 외부 처리(AI 응답 생성 — 4조, 클라우드 저장 — 5조)에 한해 수탁 업체가 회사를 대신하여 데이터를 처리합니다.
FomiChat은 선택적으로 사용할 수 있는 AI 어시스턴트 기능입니다. 이 기능을 활성화한 경우에 한해 아래 내용이 적용됩니다.
전송되는 데이터: FomiChat을 이용하면 다음 정보가 AI 응답 생성을 위해 외부 서버(Netlify 프록시)로 전송됩니다.
처리 목적: AI 기반 개인화 응답 및 루틴 분석 피드백 제공
데이터 보존: 전송된 데이터는 응답 처리 후 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.
선택적 기능: FomiChat은 선택 사항이며, 앱 설정에서 데이터 공유를 언제든지 비활성화할 수 있습니다. 비활성화 시 어떠한 데이터도 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
클라우드 동기화는 선택 기능입니다. Apple 또는 Google 계정으로 로그인한 경우에만 아래 내용이 적용됩니다.
수집 항목: 이메일 주소, Apple/Google 로그인 식별자
저장되는 데이터: 동기화를 켠 경우 일기, 사진, 루틴, 디데이, 할 일, 채팅 백업, 설정이 백업·복원을 위해 회사의 클라우드 서버에 암호화되어 전송·저장됩니다. (데이터베이스: Supabase, 이미지 저장소: Cloudflare R2)
보관 기간: 계정 삭제 시까지 보관하며, 계정을 삭제하면 모든 클라우드 데이터가 지체 없이 영구 삭제됩니다.
서비스 개선을 위해 익명화된 사용 통계(화면 조회, 기능 사용 횟수, 앱 실행 등)를 수집합니다.
사용자가 루틴 알림을 설정한 경우, 기기의 로컬 알림 기능을 사용합니다. 이는 외부 서버를 거치지 않으며, 사용자가 설정한 시간에 기기에서 직접 발생합니다.
사진 카드 기능에서 기기의 사진 라이브러리 접근 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다. 선택한 사진은 기본적으로 앱 내에서만 사용되며, 클라우드 동기화를 켠 경우에 한해 백업을 위해 서버로 전송될 수 있습니다(5조 참고).
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
본 방침이 변경되는 경우, 변경 사항을 이 페이지에 게시하며 시행일을 업데이트합니다.

LIVX ("Company") values the privacy of users of the "Focus On Me" application ("App") and has established this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable laws.
This App can be used without registration, and most data entered in the App (routines, diary entries, photos, to-dos, statistics, etc.) is stored only on your device.
Data is transmitted to servers only in the following cases:

This data is deleted when you uninstall the App. The Company has no access to this data.
This App does not sell user data or share it for advertising purposes. Data is processed by service providers on our behalf only as needed to operate the service (AI response generation — Section 4; cloud storage — Section 5).
FomiChat is an optional AI assistant feature. The following applies only when you choose to enable this feature.
Data Transmitted: When using FomiChat, the following information is sent to an external server (Netlify proxy) to generate AI responses:
Purpose: To provide personalized AI responses and routine analysis feedback.
Data Retention: Transmitted data is not stored on the server after processing.
Optional Feature: FomiChat is entirely optional. You can disable data sharing at any time in the App settings. When disabled, no data is transmitted externally.
Cloud Sync is an optional feature. The following applies only if you sign in with an Apple or Google account.
Information collected: email address, Apple/Google sign-in identifier
Data stored: When sync is enabled, your diaries, photos, routines, D-Days, to-dos, chat backups, and settings are transmitted with encryption and stored on our cloud servers for backup and restore. (Database: Supabase; image storage: Cloudflare R2)
Retention: Until account deletion. When you delete your account, all cloud data is permanently deleted without delay.

We collect anonymized usage statistics (screen views, feature usage counts, app launches, etc.) to improve the service.
If you set routine reminders, the App uses your device's local notification system. Notifications are triggered locally on your device and do not pass through any external servers.
The App may request access to your device's photo library for the photo card feature. Selected photos are used within the App by default, and are transmitted to our servers only if you enable Cloud Sync (see Section 5).
This App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 14.
If this Privacy Policy is updated, changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
