LIVX(이하 "회사")는 「Focus On Me」(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령에 따라 아래와 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
본 앱은 별도의 회원가입이나 로그인 절차가 없으며, 원칙적으로 서버로 개인정보를 전송하지 않습니다.
앱에서 입력하는 대부분의 데이터(루틴, 일기, 사진, 할 일, 통계 등)는 사용자의 기기 내에만 저장됩니다. 단, 선택적 기능인 AI 어시스턴트(FomiChat)를 사용하는 경우 일부 데이터가 응답 생성을 위해 외부 서버로 전송될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 4조를 참고해 주세요.

FomiChat은 선택적으로 사용할 수 있는 AI 어시스턴트 기능입니다. 이 기능을 활성화한 경우에 한해 아래 내용이 적용됩니다.
전송되는 데이터: FomiChat을 이용하면 다음 정보가 AI 응답 생성을 위해 외부 서버(Netlify 프록시)로 전송됩니다.
처리 목적: AI 기반 개인화 응답 및 루틴 분석 피드백 제공
데이터 보존: 전송된 데이터는 응답 처리 후 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.
선택적 기능: FomiChat은 선택 사항이며, 앱 설정에서 데이터 공유를 언제든지 비활성화할 수 있습니다. 비활성화 시 어떠한 데이터도 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
사용자가 루틴 알림을 설정한 경우, 기기의 로컬 알림 기능을 사용합니다. 이는 외부 서버를 거치지 않으며, 사용자가 설정한 시간에 기기에서 직접 발생합니다.
사진 카드 기능에서 기기의 사진 라이브러리 접근 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다. 선택한 사진은 앱 내에서만 사용되며, 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
본 방침이 변경되는 경우, 변경 사항을 이 페이지에 게시하며 시행일을 업데이트합니다.

LIVX ("Company") values the privacy of users of the "Focus On Me" application ("App") and has established this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable laws.
This App does not require registration or login, and as a general rule does not transmit personal information to external servers.
Most data entered in the App (routines, diary entries, photos, to-dos, statistics, etc.) is stored only on your device. However, if you choose to use the optional AI Assistant (FomiChat) feature, some data may be sent to an external server to generate responses. Please refer to Section 4 for details.
The following data is stored locally on your device (AsyncStorage) to provide App functionality:
This data is deleted when you uninstall the App. The Company has no access to this data.
This App does not share user data with any third parties, except as described in Section 4 regarding the FomiChat feature.
FomiChat is an optional AI assistant feature. The following applies only when you choose to enable this feature.
Data Transmitted: When using FomiChat, the following information is sent to an external server (Netlify proxy) to generate AI responses:
Purpose: To provide personalized AI responses and routine analysis feedback.
Data Retention: Transmitted data is not stored on the server after processing.
Optional Feature: FomiChat is entirely optional. You can disable data sharing at any time in the App settings. When disabled, no data is transmitted externally.
If you set routine reminders, the App uses your device's local notification system. Notifications are triggered locally on your device and do not pass through any external servers.
The App may request access to your device's photo library for the photo card feature. Selected photos are used only within the App and are never transmitted externally.
This App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 14.
If this Privacy Policy is updated, changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
